Relocating to Albuquerque

Moving to a new state is a big deal, but you don’t have to do it alone.

Whether you’re flying in for showings or searching virtually, I’ll guide you every step of the way.

Here’s how we’ll get you to ABQ.

I. Your relocation call

Think of this as a fun game of 21 Questions. We’ll get to know each other and your needs, so that we can create a plan that fits your lifestyle.

II. Your buyer consultation

Over Zoom, I’ll walk you through the entire home-buying process and answer all of your questions. No question is too small.

III. Narrow in on locations

Together, we’ll look at Albuquerque and the surrounding areas and find the places that make the most sense for you.

IV. Showings, virtual or in person

Whether you’re flying in or searching from afar, I’ll be your eyes and boots on the ground every step of the way.

Why this is personal to me.

When my own family relocated out of state, I saw firsthand how overwhelming it can be to navigate a new city, a new market, and all the logistics of a long-distance move. Helping people relocate isn’t just my job. It’s a personal passion.

You can’t just swing by after work.

When you’re relocating, you’re often buying a home in a city where you don’t live yet. You’re trusting someone else to be your eyes, your ears, and your boots on the ground.

That’s a responsibility I don’t take lightly. Sometimes that means checking on your home, meeting a contractor, or answering a question only a local would know.

“We were located out of state throughout the house hunting, and purchasing process. She was incredible and absolutely someone we would work with again! She provided us with so much confidence throughout the process!”
